Tom and I spent the day in the greenhouse putting in plumbing for the new aquaponics system. We had a general idea of where we wanted the supply line to go but no exact plans. The supply line hooks to the pump in the fish tank and pumps water out to each of the grow beds we are connecting. We started at the pump and worked our way around the greenhouse. I'll have to post pictures at some point. It was actually fun to figure out each step of the way, working together to problem solve each piece.

In the process we discovered a major water leak in one corner of the greenhouse. We ran into water on the floor there several days ago and thought we'd figured it out. Today, I hung my sweatshirt on the paper towel rack and when I removed it, it was soaking wet. We then went on a new hunt for the source of the water. Turns out its coming in from the rain about half way up. So, now we have another water issue to resolve. Unfortunately, this one may have to wait until things dry out. Around here, that could be months.
