So I sit here tonigh watching my usual American Idol. I watched the same thing last year. Sitting back and enjoying all the performances of my favorite artists. This year it is touching me differently. To open my eyes to how people in other parts of the world are suffering.

I have sat here feeling like we are drying up when it comes to money. That we don't have enough to make it through. But in all reality we have more then some could even imagine. It's making me take a look at my life and really look at it. I think in the next week or so I will go through the house and donate what we don't use. We have so much stuff. Much of it just sits without being used. I think there is someone out there that could really benefit from anything we could have to give.

The Idol Gives Back keeps talking about $1 makes a difference. How true is that in everything we do. So tonight is another change in thought of how life could be so different.

I've been watching my mom go through changes about changing the environment, I think a lot of that and this goes hand in hand. I will be changing a lot of things. Some of the things I feel like I "need" are just plain silly in comparison.

I know a lot of mumbo jumbo thrown together. Will try to gather my thoughts better for a future post. Just feeling like I need to make some changes in my life.
