Ladies in Lavendar

We watched a beautiful movie last night entitled "Ladies in Lavendar". It was a poignant love story centered around two elderly woman and the young man who washes up on their shore. One of the women had never been in love before and falls deeply for the young man. The movie portrayed the depth of vitality in both the young man and in the older women.

As I watched, I had to ask myself, what makes a livacious body? Is it the handsome, virile young man or the woman with long flowing gray hair who seems far past her prime but has a beauty all her own? And, the truth is that livaciousness is ours at any age. But what makes a person seem to shine with beauty? Is it something on the outside or something on the inside? What are the keys to having a Livacious Body?
