Stretching

Stretching is a great way to get moving each day. It should be done in a "pain-free zone" meaning stretch where you can feel it but it doesn't cause pain. I have also found stretching to be very relaxing and helps me to calm down when I am feelilng stressed.

One of my favorite books on stretching is Stretching by Bob Anderson. This book gives great instructions for stretching each part of your body. It also has sections on the best stretches to do for a number of sports and other activities.
