Yoga your way to health

I have found Yoga to be a great way to increase flexibility and reduce stress. I have to admit I don't do yoga regularly, but do have a video I use periodically. When I do yoga several times a week, I find I am more calm and more creative. It's as though yoga helps me to connect to my intuitive nature.

A number of years ago, I had a massage client who started doing yoga almost daily. It was amazing to watch the change in their body created simply by regular walking and yoga. The yoga also helped to minimize a painful area that massage wasn't addressing.
